SPREAD: Reverse Solitaire (Demo)
SPREAD: REVERSE SOLITAIRE
You don't choose your color.
You draw a tile.
It can be Red or Blue.
You place it on the board, and its infection spreads to the opposing tiles directly beside it.
The catch?
You don't control which color comes next.
So you aren't simply looking for the best move.
You're trying to make the best move with what you're given.
Own the majority when the game ends.
THE BOARD CHANGES WITH YOU
Every placement can change the balance of the board.
An apparently harmless move can create a problem for your next turn. A bad position can sometimes be turned around. And because your next tile is never completely under your control, planning ahead means thinking about possibilities rather than following a fixed sequence.
The basic mechanic stays simple.
The situations don't.
THEN THE RULES START FIGHTING BACK
The game is divided into 5 tiers, each introducing new complications to the core system.
Tiles can age, changing how they behave as the board develops.
Debt introduces another layer of pressure, making certain situations more costly.
Cursed Stones introduce obstacles that change how you approach the board.
And then there are Jokers.
Jokers don't simply behave like ordinary tiles. They give you a different kind of control — but that power comes with its own rules.
The mechanics stack more deliberately as you progress.
What starts as a simple question — what can I do with this tile? — becomes a much more complicated question about the state of the entire board.
40 LEVELS. 5 TIERS. ONE CORE RULE.
The full game contains:
- 40 handcrafted levels
- 5 tiers
- Sandbox mode
SANDBOX
Sandbox takes the rules out of the level structure and lets you build your own boards.
Choose the board size, tile and stone setup, aging, Debt, Joker settings, and other configuration options, then generate a level from your settings.
Each configuration can be represented by a Configuration Code, making it possible to recreate and share specific setups.
THIS IS THE FREE DEMO
The Demo contains 9 levels, giving you the beginning of SPREAD's progression.
You'll learn the core rule first.
Then the game starts asking what happens when that rule is pushed further.
If the basic rule seems simple at first...
that's intentional.
The interesting part is finding out how much trouble that one rule can cause.
